Once Eventix has your bank details we will initiate payments immediately, meaning that your revenue will be transferred to you on the following Tuesday. Even if you have sold tickets without previously sending Eventix your banking details, we will transfer your entire turnover to you on the following Tuesday.
The speed at which the revenue will be deposited to your account depends on your country, bank and currency. As soon as we have transferred the money we have no further control over the actual speed at which it will reach your account.
Our default setting is to pay out weekly, however, it is possible to change the frequency of your payouts or set a threshold for your payouts. You can find this option under payout frequency in your company settings. The options are as follows:
During the weekly payouts, Eventix will transfer the ticket revenue to your bank account every Tuesday. The sum that is transferred concerns the ticket sales from Monday to Sunday of the previous week.
If you request monthly payouts, Eventix will transfer the ticket revenue to your bank account every first Tuesday of the month. The sum transferred is an accumulation of all the tickets sold in the previous month, from the first to the last week of the month.
By selecting this option you are choosing to be paid out whenever your revenue accumulates to a certain amount. In order for this to work, you will need to set a threshold yourself in the new box below, for instance, you could set a threshold of €1000, which means you will only be paid out each time you have surpassed that amount in revenue.
This option allows you to put all your payouts on hold. You will receive none of your revenue until you manually select a different payout frequency, at which point your money will be transferred to you at the next interval (respective to the frequency you have selected).
