Events often attract people from all over the globe, which can cause language barriers to arise during the ordering process. To counteract these kinds of language barriers, we have designed our ticket shops so they automatically detect the language of the user’s browser, which increases the chance of higher conversions by instilling the user with a stronger sense of trust in the ordering process.
We currently support the following languages:
- Chinese (Mandarin)
If the user’s native language is missing or unidentified the ticket shop will automatically present them with the English version of the ticket shop. By doing so we ensure that you always provide a ticket shop that makes the customer feel safe.
It is also possible for the user to choose the language of the ticket shop manually, which can be done by clicking on the flag in the top right corner of the shop; this will provide them with a drop-down menu from which they can select their preferred language. Sometimes certain elements don’t immediately change, to correct this simply refresh your page.
