1. Create an account.
First things first, you will need to sign up. You can create your account here.
Congratulations! You are now the proud owner of your Eventix account, but what next?
2. Create your event.
Create your event(s) with your personalised event name, date and time. It is important that you give your event a clear name and description. For more information, please read our extended guide on creating your event.
3. Create your tickets.
Now you can start making your tickets, this can be done quickly in a couple of short steps. There are five basic functions that need to be completed in order to begin ticket sales - we do have ‘more options’ available, but we want to ease you into the process. 4. Your ticket shop.
The shop is generated as soon as you have created your event and ticket, so you don’t need to do this yourself. Your ticket shop(s) can be integrated into your website so your visitors can easily purchase tickets. For more information, please check this link to our article about integrating your ticket shop.

5. Add your bank account and get your ticket turnover on a weekly basis.
We want you to have a steady cash flow. In order for us to start paying you, we need to know your company details; you can fill them in here. We will pay you out the balance of your sold tickets every seven days, this way you have a weekly update of your sales. It is possible to choose an alternate payout frequency - daily, weekly, monthly - contact us if you want a different payment schedule.
6. Invite your team members
Everything works better with a team; if you have team members invite them! You can get more work done if more people see the progress of your sales. Also, don’t forget to add your colleagues to the company - you can do this here.
